Synopsis
The Syndication Schema has been modified at the request of the Syndication work group. To support this change and the changes in the RETS 1.8.0 standards document, the other schema were updated as well.
Rationale
The addition of the 1.8.0 recommended-draft standard has caused changes to the schema to reflect this document.
Proposal
Adopt the 2010-09 Schema as read.

3. Normalize the bathrooms to match the available information by adding ThreeQuarterBathrooms, HalfBathrooms and OneQuarterBathrooms retsid 103413, 103414, 103415 in file Syndication.xsd
4. Correct the data types for Bedrooms and Bathrooms to be a nullable-integer since often the information is not available and the elements are required so they do not correct transmit the information. retsid 101940 and 101941 in Syndication.xsd
